Part107Quiz.com ("we", "this site") is designed to collect as little data as possible. This page explains, in plain language, what is and isn't collected.

Quiz activity stays on your device

Your quiz answers and best scores are stored only in your browser's localStorage. They never leave your device, and we cannot see them. Clearing your browser data erases them.

No accounts, no tracking by default

This site requires no account and sets no first-party tracking cookies. We do not collect names, precise locations, or any government identifiers.

Email signup (optional)

If you choose to enter your email address to receive study materials, that address is processed by our email service provider, MailerLite, under its own privacy policy. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every email, and unsubscribing deletes you from our list. Downloading the free PDF does not require an email address.

Advertising

If advertising (such as Google AdSense) is enabled on this site, Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure ads, including personalized ads where permitted. You can review Google's practices at policies.google.com/technologies/ads and opt out of personalized advertising at adssettings.google.com. Where required, a consent mechanism will be shown before such cookies are set.

Server logs

This site is hosted on GitHub Pages. Like virtually all web hosts, GitHub may log basic technical data (such as IP addresses) to operate and secure the service; see GitHub's privacy documentation for details. We do not receive or store these logs.

Children

This site provides exam-preparation content for the FAA remote pilot certificate, which requires a minimum age of 16. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes and contact
